Job Summary
Provides business performance analysis, reporting and forecasting. Provides a broad range of financial data; maintains and updates financial models and plans. Provides financial analysis and projections in support of Central Division (12-state footprint in Southeastern and Eastern Midwest United States) Residential Sales objectives.
Job Description

Core Responsibilities
  • Provides commission earnings analysis, goal setting (month-to-month), and related reports as needed.
  • Conducts research, analyzes performance against objectives, and figures out emerging commissions trends.
  • Builds Microsoft PowerPoint decks to go through information and makes recommendations to Sr. Leadership.
  • Provides rationale behind reports as well as analysis and relays them in simple terms to Sr. Leadership.
  • Builds and maintains statistical/financial databases also reports.
  • Runs appropriate weekly, monthly, and annual reports.
  • Collaborates with other department members on special projects on an as-needed basis.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Specifications:
  • Skilled in Microsoft Excel; builds pivot tables, lookups, index match, converts dates, etc.
  • Working experience in SQL ( data extraction, manipulating and querying data), Tableau or other data visualization tools ( dashboarding and statistical analysis) is preferred.

    Bachelor's Degree
