The Role

As Business Analyst, you'll join a growing team, and be responsible for:

• work closely with various stakeholders & departments, mapping & analysing processes
• gathering business & technology requirements
• managing new technology demands from across the business
• identify improvements to processes
• support delivery of business change programmes

About you

Applicants for the Business Analyst role will have:

• previous experience working as a Business Analyst (gathering requirements, "As-Is" and "To Be" business process modelling)
• excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• experience of converting business wants/needs into functional / non-functional technical requirements & capabilities
