Job Title: Interim Power BI Expert
Location: Hertfordshire, UK
Duration: 8-12 Weeks
Commitment: 2-3 Days per Week

Work Arrangement: Mostly Remote with Some In-Person Team Meetings

About the company: My client are a dynamic organisation based, seeking an interim Power BI Expert to collaborate closely with their Finance Director (FD) and finance team on reporting and automation initiatives. Their company values innovation and data-driven decision-making, and we believe that harnessing the power of data can drive greater actionable insight.

Key Responsibilities: As the Interim Power BI Expert, you will:

• Collaborate with the Finance Director to design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Utilize your expertise to streamline reporting processes and automate data-driven tasks.
• Analyze complex data sets to extract meaningful insights and present them in a clear and compelling manner.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in all reporting activities.
• Provide guidance and training to team members on Power BI best practices.

Requirements: To excel in this role, you should have:

• Proven expertise in Power BI, with a track record of creating insightful reports and dashboards.
• Strong data analysis and visualisation skills.
• Experience in automating data-related processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A proactive, results-oriented mindset.

This role offers flexibility, with the majority of the work being conducted remotely. However, occasional in-person meetings with our team in Hertfordshire will be required to foster collaboration and ensure alignment with our goals.

Compensation: We offer competitive compensation at a rate of £350-£400 per day, commensurate with your experience and skills.

Duration: This is an interim position with a duration of 8-12 weeks, providing an excellent opportunity to make a significant impact on our organisation during this period.
