LBG Labs:
A Lab is a made of one or many teams who work together on key projects to deliver value at pace by designing services that people find useful, easy and engaging to use. Typically, a Lab has a solid focus on problem solving in an agile environment where engineers are creating innovative products which will transform the way our customers engage with us.
About the Role:
You’ll work on a portfolio of projects centred around understanding and optimising the performance of our media and marketing activity.
We have invested heavily in understanding the value our brands generate for the group and the impact marketing has on brand. We are now keen to develop this into a more holistic measurement framework, one that encompasses the total impact of marketing, both in the long and short term, across the range of channels being used.
Working in collaboration with the team to develop and implement such a framework will form a critical part of your role. You’ll need to work with a variety of data sources such as media consumption data, brand perception data, new product opening / application data and customer level data. Using your well-developed analytical skills, you'll manipulate data from multiple (and sometimes conflicting) sources to arrive at practical recommendations based on your work.
A key element to the role is the ability to translate sophisticated concepts and analyses into accessible and straightforward recommendations that help our Marketing Communication teams and external media agencies make better decisions.

Enhancing your personal and professional development is something that is very important to us, and we will work with you to make a positive difference to the overall teams' mission. We want you to learn, grow & develop to become the best possible version of yourself.

Our approach to inclusion and diversity means that we all can make a real difference, Together We Make It Possible!
