Compliance Analyst - Hybrid

We are assisting a global Boston based Asset Management firm with their opening for a Compliance Analyst. As a Compliance Analyst you will ensure that all mutual funds, institutional accounts, and banking service mutual funds advised by the company or its affiliates are in compliance with applicable regulations, whether domestic or international, and state tax requirements, and are managed in conformity with stated investment objectives and policies of each respective fund or account.

Responsibilities:

• Keepabreast of rules and regulations affecting mutual funds and investment advisors and ensure that all funds and accounts are managed in conformity with the various rules and regulations which govern them; ensure that all records are maintained in conformity with regulatory form and retention requirements.
• Update compliance systems with applicable restrictions.
• Preparemonthly compliance reports, quarterly board reports, and other relevant reports, and review reports prepared by others.
• Reviewand comment on the current prospectus, statement of additional information, investment advisory agreement, and Declaration of Trust or Articles of Incorporation for each fund or account. Update and review all compliance testing for any changes to current fund or account investment objectives and policies.
• Ensure funds and accounts comply with applicable rules and regulations. Keep abreast of same.
• Periodically review applicable procedures for the above-mentioned regulations.

Technical Skills:

• Bachelors Degree
• 3+ years of Investment Compliance experience
• Prior Charles River Development experience
