In connection with Computershare’s purchase of the corporate trust business of Wells Fargo (WFCTS), Computershare has created a business unit, Computershare Corporate Trust (CCT) whose primary focus over the next 24-36 months will be to integrate WFCTS into Computershare. An Integration Program Team has been created and is comprised of several workstreams and program areas.

A role you will love

The Owner Trust/Debt Trust Compliance Analyst reports to the CCT Chief Compliance Officer. The role is responsible for supporting the CCT Chief Compliance Officer in overseeing Compliance for the trust and agency services to transportation and leveraged leasing industry for debt financing (primarily aviation).

  • Provide independent Second Line of Defence compliance support, and oversight to the CCT business units in meeting their compliance and regulatory responsibilities, with specific focus on Corporate Trust/Agency Services with a focus on FAA driven, unique corporate trust products to aviation and transport industry.
  • Serving as compliance subject matter expert with respect to all types of commercial aviation trust and agency structures.
  • Providing independent compliance oversight to the CCT business in connection with receiving and processing payments, routine notices, documents for execution, and security filings.
  • Providing independent compliance oversight to the CCT business in connection with coordinating other administrative tasks that may arise. Working as part of a team to provide output and insight into the testing environment.
  • Working as part of a team.

Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university; or three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in Corporate Trust/Agency Compliance with a focus on FAA driven, unique corporate trust product to aviation and transport industry.

Compensation. $61,000-$76,000
