About The Opportunity: We now have an exciting opportunity for a Data Analyst to join our existing Data and Analytics team. Reporting into the Data Support Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for general queries and data requests, and be responsible for performing the business-as-usual (or Run) processes in the department.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to general queries and requests for data, ad hoc and one-off reports.
Perform scheduled run activities as part of BAU operations.
Use quality dashboards and reports to monitor the inputs and outputs of the DA team to ensure on-time-in-full performance.
Use quality tools to find and analyse waste in data pipeline and propose improvements.
Represent the DA team in business situations and represent business stakeholders (Voice of the Customer) in the DA team.
Act as auxiliary support for Build team.
Essential Skills/Experience:
Proven experience in a data environment
Experience of Solving real world business problems by the smart application of data
Experience in Manipulating, analysing and presenting data
Core technical competencies:
T-SQL
MS Excel advanced
Data manipulation and analysis
Data visualisation
