Role: NHH Data Analyst (energy / utilities)

Location: Milton Keynes (Hybrid working) or Homebased

Salary: up to GBP35k DOE


We are looking for a NHH Data Analyst to join an award-winning data management company. You will be Investigating and resolving errors and queries relating to the data, aid in the resolution of any contractual non-conformities, support with customer queries and manage their expectations and ensure SLAs are adhered to. To be successful in this role you will need to have a minimum of 2 years' experience in the energy industry, previous customer service experience, and have a good level of computer and system literacy. Key responsibilities:

Process data in accordance with contractual deadlines
Identify areas of inefficiency and suggest appropriate improvements
Investigate and resolve issues affecting data quality, completeness, and service levels
Attend customer meetings to promote and provide technical detail on services
Analyse and resolve queries raised by suppliers, customers or internal teams
Investigation and correction of errors affecting the quality & quantity of Customer's Data
Provide support to colleagues on metering queries by sharing skills and knowledge
Produce and update procedural documentation to support new and amended services
Document and assist in the resolution of Customer complaints, escalating where necessary
Management of new services and system enhancementsSkills and experience required:

Previous Customer Service experience
Minimum of 2 years' experience in the energy industry
Excellent at identifying and resolving customer's needs
Good problem-solving skills, able to grasp problems quickly and draw informed conclusions
Able to work in a complex environment with conflicting demands
Good level of written and spoken English
High level of computer and system literacy particularly MS office Excel, Word etc.
Good understanding of regulatory requirements associated with the services provided
