Data Analyst (Strategy) - Kilmarnock - Salary Dependent on Experience

Do you have excellent knowledge of SQL and can demonstrate the ability to analyse data to identify Commercial opportunities?
Have you worked in an MI, Resource Planning or Real-Time function within a contact centre environment?
This role will be supporting the business within their Strategy team, translating Data to support business decisions and continuous improvement.
Daily responsibilities:
Develop and maintain Strategy processes across the contact centre operation
Supporting projects, identifying, and quantifying business design and analysis
Support the Modelling team to ensure execution of ideas inline with the contact centre strategies
Continuously review contact strategies and planning capacities to ensure the collaboration between forecasts, strategies and business profitability
You will come with:
Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft BI stack; SQL, SSRS, SSIS
Strong analytical skills
Knowledge of Contact Centre strategies or planning is desirable
Experience of working with large data sets, manipulating, and analysing
Passion for continuous improvement
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
This role would be suitable for either an experienced Data Analyst or could consider a recent graduate with the technical SQL skills.
