The Opportunity

Fintelligent are currently partnering with a c. GBP85m t/o PE backed Technology business who are overseeing a phenomenal amount of evolution. They are acquiring a number of businesses across the country as well as continued organic growth which will lead to a 50% increase in revenue across the next 9 months. Due to the recent PE backing and planned growth, we are seeking an experienced Data and Analytics professional to build out a data function that can produce quality MI to drive senior decision making and company strategy.

The Role

Developing a best in class data function from scratch
Extensive data cleansing and improving access to quality data
Producing dashboards via Tableau
Writing SQL queries
Partnering with PE investors and board to ensure data is being utilised accordingly
Focus on customer analytics and buying habits
Providing robust data models on multiple scenarios
Working with investors to provide MI on exit planning
Any other ad-hoc tasks

The Individual

Highly proficient in Excel, SQL and Tableau
Comfortable in a high growth environment with consistent change
Must be hands on as the first senior hire into data
Leadership qualities, able to manage a small team
Experience working with finance and operations
Prior experience of working in a service led business is also desirable
