I am looking for an experienced Digital and Data Manager, my client are one the world's largest consumer driven businesses. This is a strategic role, the purpose to accelerate the digital transformation journey in the Home Care Division, with the focus on the digital strategy, data driven marketing and full funnel sales focused on driving growth in the division - data is at the heart of this.
You will be supporting the agenda and brands in the data driven marketing strategy and driving online conversions.
Data Strategy (Digital & ecomm)
*Lead the learning programme to identify key hypothesis that we want to test this year across various data areas - such as how to use retailer data, the value of cookie data vs Personal Identifiable Information (PII), how to use data to drive brand equity, and so o
*Drive thought leadership in data strategy for the division globally, working closely with the Central Data Team and capability to support, building a clear path for how to navigate this journey of data led marketing in a low interest category
*Global brands' audiences identified, data collected and deployed across key campaign
*Partnering with internal teams and agencies to drive data requirements and ideas across owned website
*Lead measurement and attribution modelling for the division, ensuring we have a strong understanding of what has worked and what hasn't, to present to senior leaders throughout the year
*and deploy selected marketing programmes for the division that have been identified as key sales drive
*Scope requirements for this programme, deploy pilots, and lead the review of whether they have worked or not
*Work closely with both brands and markets to ensure the work land
*Identify new sales driving programmes and ideas that global digital can influence and add value to; from ecomm, to digital tech
Role Requirements
*Experience in providing data to measure marketing performance & the key metrics.
*Experience using data to assess the effectiveness of a digital marketing campaigns
*FMCG experience is preferred but not essential.
*Candidates who are good with data and possess advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
*Knowledge of Google analytics and Adobe analytics and suite, being comfortable with the major analytics platforms and partners.
*Needs to be comfortable with functions and pivot tables, Advanced Excel. Data mining and analytics.
*Project management experience, comfortable with the operational side.
*A keen interest in leading digital marketing projects.
