The Data Analytics Manager sits within the HR Operations team and provides HR data expertise to the business along with maintaining the integrity of the data within the HR system. They will understand the HR and business needs at a functional level and be capable of leveraging technologies to address the best solutions for the HR community.

Responsibilities

• Act as main point of contact for HR Data Analytics requirements
• Design and generate reports, providing detailed analysis
• Prepare the monthly / quarterly HR Decks and reports that are shared with leadership
• Investigate and correct any data issue in Workday
• Ensure accessibility of standard reports within Workday
• Modify existing reports and create new reports as needed, based on requests for users or own analysis
• Proactively identify new reporting needs and ensure relevant reports and dashboards are available in the system
• Recommend enhancements to HR tools and participate in testing and implementation
• Update training documentation and train users on reporting offer, how to pull reports from the system and what report is most relevant to use for certain analysis
• Maintain the Global Job Catalog and create new job profiles and grade profiles within Workday as needed
• Gather requirements for HR projects and build strong business cases for project sign off
• Respond to first line HRIS queries, resolving issues where possible and escalating to HRIT as appropriate
• Maintain strong relationships with HRIT function and across the global HR team
• Drive adoption and utilization of Workday HR reporting globally, by HR and managers, and effectively communicate any changes to the reporting process
• Update the Reporting Catalogue with newly created reports
• Perform regular data audits and follow up on error correction with HR Admins to support data accuracy
• Understand business needs and propose related reporting solutions
• Look for continuous improvements of functional area and work closely with the HRIT team
• Test impact on Reporting of system changes in Workday
• Support the annual headcount planning process
