This is an excellent opportunity to join the Global Leader in Consumer electronics as Project Lead in the Business Innovation and Data Analytics team. You will get the opportunity to work with new technology as it is rolled out across the business, providing business planning and delivering strategic projects. Managing and working with a team of project managers and analysts to deliver tactical projects as well as being responsible for systems and process. Projects will be varied resolving key business performance issues across the different business functions from Sales, to SCM, Retail, Marketing, Digital, Finance and Logistics providing innovative solutions to increase sales or drive the bottom line.

You will need to have a strong background in multiple project management with experience on big data and the holistic view of reporting, understanding the data and highlighting issues and improvements. There is opportunity to train on the some of the technical requirements so opportunity to learn Qlik, AI, ML etc but you must be able to demonstrate a real interest in these areas and have strong data analytics skills. You will need to be flexible and enjoy working in a very fast paced environment and be able to pick up new skills quickly , working where business requirements rapidly change you will have delivered numerous full cycle software implementation from scope to BAU. Experience as a business analyst with different cultures and teams probably across different countries is useful. Ideally some of the following is required: experience in the IT and or Mobility and / or CE sector both in B2C & B2B with digital transformation experience; driver in the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine learning (ML). A good understanding of advanced forecasting techniques and ability to design and develop statistical business data models, ETL modelling useful as is the ability to develop dashboards in Qlik and Salesforce (training provided). Experience of Robotic Process Automation, Knowledge of SAS, SQL. SAP, Hybris, Eloqua, Adobe analytics, adobe campaigns and google analytics. Knowledge of data transfer methodology; EDI, API, SFTP, FTP. Expert knowledge with the ability to problem solve issues with GSCM, GSBN, MCS and salesforce. Use of Prince 2, Waterfall and Agile techniques

A core part of the role will be achieving the project objectives by managing resources for planning project activities, analysis, defining as is and to be, gaining partner support, reporting on project progress, evaluating implementation and liaising with HQ. This role is designed to ensure that the change is carried out efficiently and accurately with required escalations made in time to effect change.

* Motivating project manager, business analysts, developers and data scientist

* Best practice development by leading innovation projects

* Go to person for business issues/questions

Key Responsibilities:

* Leading, motivating and supporting Project Management team of 2 project managers

* Direct and support SAS, QLIK & RPA development team of 9 developers to resolve any issues

* Engaging and matrix managing between 5 to 1,000 partners (HQ, Local & Agency) to ensure effective and efficient implementation of the project(s) and building internal relationships

* Bring new method for the project management tools: introduce Jira to lead projects, ensure to other team members also to use it, SAS, Qlik and we can manage project documentation and project progress with full visibilities

* Build system and process to Integrate and validate Channel data system include Context data and other channel partner systems (EDI interface)

* Reporting project activities and operations improvement

* Leading system and process implementation to improve operational efficiencies

* Monitoring/Reporting company KPI's; Sell in forecasting, Sell out forecasting, Channel Stock

* Leading Supply Chain meetings/business reviews CPFR partners in order to build up the strategic relationships and improving collaboration process

* Identifying new projects and developing strategy to meet company objectives

* Identifying and managing suppliers and agencies to add value to projects

* Supporting any of internal system issues on GSCM/MCS/GSBN/Salesforce

* Provide process and system training for the 500~ 600 employees

* Ad hoc queries from the business
