Data Analytics Support needed for a superb permanent career opportunity based in Leicester (Remote option Possible for the right person). Must offer experience of supporting Schools, Colleges or Educational establishments.
A chance to join an established and expanding technology business providing specialist software. Start ASAP ideally in May/June 2021.
Due to the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic this employer will conduct interviews by phone / video-call. You will also be able to work from home until lockdown restrictions are lifted.
Key skills, experience + duties will include:
Providing remote IT technical support for customers on specialist Data Analytics software.
Must have past experience of providing IT support for Schools, Colleges, Academies or Educational establishments.
Diagnosing, trouble-shooting and resolving IT incidents + managing customer expectations to agreed SLAs / KPIs.
Investigating customer incidents + escalating where necessary to 3rd line and third party suppliers.
Key Tasks: installing software, user training, on-boarding customers, data management + documenting reported issues.
Soft Skills: approachable, positive, collaborative, analytical, problem-solver, attention to detail, organised, initiative + able to prioritise.
Experience with one of the following would is highly desirable: Data Analytics, BI tools, PowerBI, Data Visualization, CRM Dashboards, Qlik, SSAS, ETL, Rapid Miner, Talend, Pentaho, Hadoop, Knime, Domo + SQL Server Databases
