Senior NLP Developer - Data Science (Remote)
Our Client is a rapidly growing new business specialising in providing deep supervision and risk detection features for modern audio, video, and collaboration chat.
They are recruiting for a Senior NLP Developer to work on a remote basis, you'll be a part of the Data Science team, building algorithms to extract insights from ASR transcripts, OCR outputs, and chat logs. You'll work on the entire pipeline, from data collection and modelling, to prototyping, coding and delivering to production.
Key Requirements:
*Extensive experience of rule based NLP and Deep Learning techniques
*Master's degree or PhD in computer science, computational linguistics an advantage.
*Solid experience with Python and its data science libraries (scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy, TensorFlow, PyTorch)
*Skilled in NLP techniques, both classic (tf-idf, topic modeling) & recent (contextual embeddings)
*Professional software engineering experience building and shipping commercial software with a team of engineers, preferably in a multitenant, cloud delivery model.
*Experience with software processes in a multideveloper environment: requirements, demos, source code control (git), defect tracking (jira), estimation and planning, build, test automation, CI/CD, etc.
